to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, wonvzy order or
cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered~to keep the Clerk
of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all
times while this order is in effect.
4. That the two (2) minor children, JESSICA JEANNE DISINGER
and JAMES RUSSELL DISINGER, remain on Petitioner's current insurance
policies, to wit: Life Insurance and Health Insurance.
S. That the Respondent, CAROLYN R. DISINGER and the two (2)
minor children have exclusive use and possession of the jointly-owned
marital home known as and located at 60 Fifth Court, Vero Beach, Florida
with the Petitioner to receive one-half (1/2) of the sale proceeds at the
time of any sale of the jointly-owned marital home.
6. That Petitioner will assume financial responsibility to
Respondent until Respondent finishes her current educational program at
Indian River Community College and Florida Atlantic University for the
following items: Respondent's tuition for her current educational program
at Indian River Community College and Florida Atlantic University; vehicle
maintenance; mortgage paymients, electric and gas payments, plus phone
payments, on the jointly-owned marital home known as and located at 60 Fifth
Court, Vero Beach, Florida. In the event Respondent does not complete her
current educational program at Indian River Community College and Florida

`s Atlantic University, Petitioner's financial obligations to Respondent will
cease and terminate forever as of the date of Respondents withdrawal and/or
" discharge of her current educational program.
7. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties

hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as mAay be proper.
