stipulates and agrees that in consideration for the Quit Claim
Deed delivered to me to Lot 12, Block C, Rockridge Subdivision,
Unit 1, Indian River County, Florida, she hereby satisfies any
and all Judgments that she holds against the Defendant, JAMES A.
LIVESAY, and further, waives any and all claims, past or future,
for child support or other rights granted to her under the
Property Settlement Agreement dated January 8, 1971. .
