O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard this 19th day of October, 1979,
upon a Motion for Enforcement filed by the Wife herein, and the Court
after hearing testimony of the respective parties finds:
1. That the Husband is in arrears in the amount of $255.00;
2. That the Court further finds that the Husband is not in
willful contempt for reason that he was hospitalized with a heart
condition and was unable to pay said amount during the weeks in
which he has been determined to be delinquent.
From all of the foregoing, it is thereupon,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
That beginning, FRIDAY, OCTOBER 19, 1979, the Husband shall
pay the regular installments of SIXTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($60.00) per

' week as previously ordered, in addition to TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS (10.00)

~ per week on the arrears, until such time that the arrears are
brought current.
