ORDER
This cause having come to be heard upon the
Motion of the Plaintiff/Wife, Barbara Ona Ritchie, for
an Order of Contempt against the Defendant/Husband,
Robert Harold Ritchie, for failure to pay child support
when due, as ordered pursuant to the terms of the Final
-
Judgment dissolving the marriage of the~-~arti;es, and
this Court having c~nsiderQci said~PPtition, and having
heard testimony in the matter on the 19th day of October,
1979, finds and determines as follows:
1. Personal service of process was had over the
~ Defendant/Husband.
2. The Plaintiff/Wife resides in St. Lucie County,

i Florida, with the minor child of the parties.
3. The Defendant/Husband is currently in arrears
in payment of child support to.the.Plaintiff/Wide in the
total amount of $95/0.00, constituting 38 weeks of back
support c~•n 1 y~ /S ~4
4. In the testimony presented, the Husband is
currently employed full time at Pratt 4lhitney Aircraft in
Palm Beach County, Florida and has the present ability to
pay the support payments as previously Ordered.

S. The Plaintiff/Wife is entitled to recover

her reasonable attorney's fees in connection with this

Contempt Petition, plus costs, which are hereby found
to be in the amount of $ ~60 plus costs of $51.00,
constituting the filing fee herein, service of process
in the case and service of this Order of Contempt.
