It is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Defendant/Husband, Robert Harold Ritchie.,
is hereby found to be in Contempt of the Final Judgment dissoly-
ing the marriage of the parties, by refusing to pay 38 child
support payments for the benefit of the minor child of the
parties, for a total arrearage of $950.00 as of the date of
this Order.
2. The Defendant/Husband, Robert Harold Ritchie,
shall within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order pay
the full amount of the said arrearage, together with the Wife's
attorney's fees and costs of this matter in the amount as
determined previously herein. Upon the failure to so pay,
upon Affidavit of the Plaintiff/t,Tife, a Rule To Show Cause
shall. issue and be served upon the Defendant/Husband.for
him to show causes if any, why he shn~~ld nc~t be held in
Contempt of this Court and sentenced to sixty (60) days
- 1
in .the County jail.
3. This Court retains jurisdiction over this
matter and the parties hereto for the entry of such further
Orders as it deems necessary.
