THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the Wife's Motion
for Temporary Relief and the parties having stipulated and agreed in
open Court, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that during-the pendency of these
proceedings custody of the minor male child, STEVEN WIGGAM, JR.,
is hereby awarded to the Wife, with reasonable visitation rights
granted to the Husband. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that on November 1, 1979, the Husband
shall and he is hereby ordered to pay to the Wife as and for temporary
child support, the sum of $120.00 per month for the support of the
before-named child; the sum to continue until final hearing or further
order of this Court.

Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Circuit Court
and by him remitted promptly to LISA WIGGAM. In addition, there is
F hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be applied to
~ each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
money order or cashiers check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep
the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses
at all times while this Order is in effect. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Court reserves jurisdiction
to award attorney's fees in this matter until final hearing.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida
