THIS CAUSE came t•o be considered upon the Complaint
filed in this action and the Consent to Final Judgment
entered into between Plaintiff and Defendant, and it appearing
to the Court that Defendant has voluntarily consented to the
entry of Final Judgment against him in favor of Plaintiff
for the amount set forth in the Consent to Final Judgment,
it is therefore
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Plaintiff, SAFECO INSURAtJCE '
COi~{PANY, shall have and- recover from Defendant, OTTAVIANO -
RATTI, residing at 1537 Southeast Sunshine Avenue, Port

St. Lucie, Florida 331{52, the principal sum of $1,361.81,
$21.00 in costs, $10.00 in interest, and $250.00 as reasonable
attorneys' fees, the total judgment being for the sum of
