KNOW All ME~1 BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Wi 11 i am F. Ezell and
Judy I. Ezell, his wife
dated MdrCh 15 19 76 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. LUC1 a County, Florida, in 0. R. gook 249 on page
2959 , securinn the payment of the sum of ---Forty Nine Thousand Six Hundred and No/100------
Dollars (549,600.00 )
covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, Both hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, end doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
