Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared ROBERT B.
EICHELBERGER, who, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he is the son of Hazel B. Eichelberger and Hugh C. Eichelberger.
2. That Hazel B. Eichelberger and Hugh C. Eichelberger were the owners
of the following described property, to wit:
Lots 19 and 20, Block 101, LAKEWOOD PARK, L'NIT 9, according to the
plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 11, pages 27A through 27D,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That Hazel B. Eichelberger and Hugh C. Eichelberger were married
prior to September 14, 1964 and said marriage continued without
interruption until /(jp ~ . Z 19 1/ the date of his death.
