The Defendant, JAMES O. NELSON, by and through his under-
signed attorney, hereby moves the Court, pursuant to the provisions
of F. S. 74.071, for an Order directing that the sum of money set
forth in the Declaration of Taking filed herein for Parcel 1 in
the amount of $1,125.00 be forthwith paid to this Defendant from
the money deposited in the Registry of the Court by the Plaintiff,
