the contents of the Motion and the statutory authority cited therein,
and being fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court
forthwith pay unto the Defendant, JAMES O. NELSON, the sum of
$.1,125.00 being the sum set forth in the Declaration of
Taking for Parcel No. 1 it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the payment of these funds from
the funds on deposit in the Registry of the Court shall in no way
impair the right of the Defendant, JAMES O. NELSON, to claim full
damages for the taking of said parcel at a trial to determine the
value thereof.
