This cause coming on for hearing after proper notice,
on the Court's Rule to Show Cause why the Defendant, ROY A.
f
DAVIS, should not be held in criminal contempt for failure
to comply with the subpoena served upon him in this cause, 4
and the Plaintiff being represented by counsel, and ROY A.
DAVIS appearing pro se, and the Court having heard argu-
went and also having heard the reasons given by ROY A.
DAVIS for his failure to obey the subpoenas issued and
served upon him, it is the Court's finding that the said ROY
A. DAVIS is in criminal contempt of this Court.
IT IS THEREUPON ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Said
ROY A. DAVIS is sentenced to pay a fine of $100.00 or serve
ten days in the St. Lucie County jail.
TT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the said Defendant, ROY A.
DAVIS may purge himself of this contempt by answering
questions propounded to him at a deposition to be rescheduled
by the Plaintiff's attorneys within two weeks of the date
. of this Order. Upon failure to so comply, the said Defen-
dant, ROY A. DAVIS, shall within said time, pag the fine or
surrender himself to the St. Lucie County jail. s
