THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing this 23rd day of October,
1979, upon the Motion to Dismiss for Zack of prosecution, and
the Court having determined from the file that there has been
no affirmative action by the Plaintiff for a period of more
than one year, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in
the premises, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Dismiss be and
the same is hereby granted and the above-styled action is
hereby dismissed as to all Defendants, including Colonnades
Associations 1 through 11, Inc.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
