THIS CAUSE having come before-this Court upon Motion
of the Defendant, UNITED STATES FIDELITY & GUARANTY COMPANY,

for costs and attorneys' fees and upon stipulation of the
parties and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Third Party Defendants
shall pay UNITED STATES FIDELITY & GUARANTY COMPANY EIGHT HUNDRED
EIGHTY-EIGHT DOLLARS and 75/100 in attorneys' fees and FIFTY-FIVE
DOLLARS and 50/100 in costs in fulfillment of its indemnification
agreement up through September 10, 179.
