THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard October 9, 1979, upon the
defendant's motion for order compelling discovery and upon the
plaintiff's motion for sanctions; upon the argument of counsel,
and upon the statement of the plaintiff, MYRA BIANCO, that she
is willing and able to presently present defense counsel with
the requested documents, and upon he court being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Defendant's motion for protective order and motion for
order compelling discovery and the plaintiff's motion for sanctions
are denied.
2. Defense counsel shall return to plaintiff's counsel all

items furnished to him in open court at or before 3 p.m., on

Friday, October 12, 1979, at the office of plaintiff's attorney,
located at Suite 104-Sun Bank Bldg., 700 Virginia Avenue, Fort
Pierce, Florida. At said time and place, the plaintiff shall
deliver to the defendant copies of certain other materials, ~
including bank books and unpaid bills, which were showed to the
defense attorney at the hearing on October 9, 1979.
