ORDEi~ TO SELL PEAL ESTATE
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Plaintiff's motion
for permission to sell real estate, and upon the argument of counsel,
stipulations entered into in open court, and the court being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DIRECTED as follows:
1. That the property to be sold is described as Lot 18,
. ,
Block 507, Port St.~Lucie, Section 10, according to the Plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 49, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. The clerk of this court shall hold a sale of said property
at 11:00 a.m. ten business days from the date of this order.
3. Said sale shall consist of an auction between the plaintiff,
MYRA BIANCO, and the defendant, ELLEN GUTERL, and the defendant,
JEAN GUTERL.
4. Said sale shall not be published prior to its occurrence.
5. The clerk shall sell said property on behalf of the plaintiff,
MYELLE HOMES, INC., to the highest bidder at said sale.
6. The clerk of the court shall accept no bid lower than $4,000.00.
7. The clerk shall advise respective counsel for plaintiffs
