BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
GLADYS ENZMANN_NUGENT
who, being first duly sworn, upon oath says: That she
and ARTHUR ENZMANN
were the owners of the following described property;
Lot 25, Block 1, AMY ANNA PARK SUBDIVISION, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, pare 72,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. '
That she and ARTHUR ENZMANN
were married prior to April I, 1954 and said marriage
continued without interruption until March 9, 1965
the date of his death. That she married Maurice S. Nugent on
Flgri~aer 13, 1970 and he died November 5, 1978, in St. Lucie County,
AFFIANT SAYETH NOTHING FURTHER.
