AFFIDAVIT OF HOMESTEAD

Before me, a notary public, duly authorized to
administer oaths and take acknowledgements, appeared
RICHARD FLANZBAUM, who under oath deposes and says:
1. That he is the head of a household and
family.
2. That residing at his Home is his minor child,
age 16, MICHAEL DAVID FLANZBAUM.
3. That the following described lot, piece, parcel
or property in St. Lucie County, Florida, owned by RICHARD -
FLANZBAUM, Trustee, is homestead property as defined by
Article 10, Section 4, Constitution of the State of Florida:

4, a Subdivision according to the
Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Boob:
