A F F I D A V I T
Before me, the undersigned, a Notary Public, in and for
the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and County of Allegheny, per-
sonally appeared MARY LOU BROWN, being duly sworn according to
law, deposes and says that the following facts set forth are true
and correct to the best of her knowledge, information and belief.
1. That I am Mary Lou Brown and I am of sound mind and
body and reside at 4313 Westinghouse Avenue, Trafford, Pennsyl-
vania, 15085.
2. That I am the same Mary Lou Brown who was the Plain-
tiff in a Divorce action filed in the Court of Common Pleas of
Allegheny County, Family division at No. 1634, 3uly germ, 1978.
3. That James A. Brown was the Defendant in said action.

on June 1, 1979, thereby severing the bonds of matrimony between
myself and the Defendant, James A. Brown.
C 5. That on July 6, 1979 I executed a property settle
ment agreement, along with James A. Brown and therein set forth
in Paragraph 8 B, it was agreed that one lot located in Port St.
Lucie, Florida, would be transferred to Mary Lou Brown, said Lot
being designated as Lot No. 2, Block 1528, Section 30 of Port
St. Lucie, Subdivision according to the Plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 14, page 10 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
