It was also agreed that any other real estate in
Florida owned by the parties would be transferred to James A. ~

6. That Lot No. 18, Block 1529 of Port St. Lucie

Section 30, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded ~
in Plat Book 14, Page 10, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, was one of the real estate properties I agreed to trans-
fer to James A. Brown, Jr. That on the 24th day of August, 1979,
I did in fact execute a Warranty Deed transferring said property
to James A. Brown, Jr. in accordance with said agreement.
7. That I did fully intend to transfer any and all
interest or claim which I may have in said property to James A.

Brown, Jr. and hereby waive any such interest or claim which I
may have had, have~now or may acquire in the future to said pro-
perty. -
