PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF JUDGMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, LEE EDWARD -
MUSCHOTT, the attorney .for the Plaintiff in the above-styled
cause, wherein a judgment was rendered on the 13th day of July,
1979, for $21,622.98 against ROBERT W. COONS, the Defendant
therein, said judgment being duly recorded in the minutes of
said Court and a copy thereof having been recorded in official
record book 313 at page 746 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, do hereby acknowledge partial payment and
satisfaction thereof in the amount of $10,212.67, leaving a
~ balance thereon in the sum of $11,410.31.
