FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come on upon joint Motion for the entry
of a Final Judgment made by the Plaintiff and the Defendant set forth
hereinbelow, and it appearing to the Court that.the parties were
authorized to enter into such Motion, and the Court finding that the
compensation to be paid by the Plaintiff is full, just, and reason-
able for all parties concerned, and the Court being fully advised in
the premiges, it is now, therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant P~LVKILH YVrr~ic i-uv'u -
LIGHT COMPANY, a Florida Corporation, does have and recover of and
from the Plaintiff the sum of FOURTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-
FIVE AND NO ($14,225.00) DOLLARS in full payment for the property
(designated parcel number 101 herein) taken and for damages resulting
to the remainder if less than the entire property was taken and for
all other damages of any nature it is, further,
