ORDERED that attorneys' fees and costs will be determined
by this Court at a hearing to be set upon Motion and it is,
ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the Clerk of this Court pay to
the Defendants FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY; Subject to interest,
if any, of BANKERS TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE; FLORIDA FIRST
NATIONAL BANK OF JACKSONVILLE, AS TRUSTEE; DANIEL KNOWLES, AS TAX
COLLECTOR, ST. LUCIE COUNTY and ROGER POITRAS, AS CLERK OF THE
CIRCUIT COURT, ST. LUCIE COUNTY the aforesaid sum of FOURTEEN
THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE AND NO/100 ($.14,225.00) DOLLARS
less any sums heretofore paid to the above-named Defendants and it
is further,
ORDERED that. title to the following described property to-
wit:
