AND ALLOWING RETURN OF ORIGINAL NOTE AND MORTGAGE
THIS CAUSE came on this day for hearing upon Plaintiff's Motion

to Vacate Final Judgment of Foreclosure and for return to the Plain-
tiff of the original note and mortgage filed herein, for its files,
and it appearing to the Court that the Mortgagor-Owners and Defendants,
RALPH H. PATTERSON and COLA B. PATTERSON, his wife, have tendered to
Plaintiff all sums necessary to reinstate and bring current the exis-

tin mort a e loan, that the Plaintiff wishes to allow reinstatement

of said mortgage loan to current status, and that is is necessary.
~ that the original note and mortgage now filed in this cause be re-
turned to the files of the Plaintiff Association in order to satisfy
Federal regulations, and the Court being fully advised in the premis-
es, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Final Judgment entered herein on
May 22, 1979 be and the same is hereby vacated. It is hereby
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the original note and mortgage
now filed herein be returned to the Plaintiff, FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS
AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, to be retained in its files
