ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That the aforedescribed property shall be sold by
the Clerk of this Court to the highest and best bidder or
bidders for cash at public sale between the hours of
11:00 A.M, and 2:00 P.M., at the east door of the St. Lucie
County Courthouse, Fort Pierce , Florida, on ~U. ,
1979, and notice thereof, given in accordance with Florida
Statute Section 45.031.
2. That after said sale the same shall be reported in
due form to the Court by the Clerk's certificate of sale and
hearing shall be held thereon upon due notice of the parties,
and, upon confirmation of the sale and the payment of the
purchase price thereof, the Clerk shall issue his certificate
of title of said real property to the purchaser or purchasers
thereof.
3. That the proceeds of sale following final confirmation
shall be distributed as follows: first, to the payment of costs,
disbursements, and fees of the Clerk of this. Court as fixed at
the hearing on return of sale; second, that the remainder of
said funds shall be held by this Court for determination of
Plaintiff's cost of partition to be taxable, and reasonable

attorney fees to be fixed; third, the residue shall be paid
to the parties hereto in proportion to their several undivided
interest and shares as hereinabove decreed.
