THIS CAUSE coming before me this day on Petition of the
United States of America for disbursement to it of deposit in the
registry of the Court for Parcels #107 and #706 in this proceeding,
and the Court having examined the file and it appearing therefrom
that the plaintiff has been fully satisfied by virtue of this
proceeding, and that the claim of the United States of America is
just and all of the parties to this suit have been advised of said
Petition, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED:
1. That the Petition of the United States of America for

~ disbursement to it of the deposit in the registry of this Court for

Parcels #107 and #706 be and the same is hereby granted; and
2. That the Clerk of this Court is hereby directed to issue
forthwith a check in-the amount of $ 1,914.74
representing proceeds now remaining in the registry of this Court
in Parcels #107 and #706 in this cause, and mail to the United States
Attorney, 300 Ainsley Building, Miami, Florida 33132, Attention:
Sandra B. Riggs, Assistant U.S. Attorney.
