by grants, bargains. sells, aliens, remises, conveys and confirms unto the mortgagee all the certain land

Florida. viz: Lot 8, Block 1, Southern Pines Subvision as per plat
thereof on record in plat Book 9, Page 68, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
IN ADDITION TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT THE MORTGAGORS
COVENANTS AND AGREE THAT:
(1) The MORTGAGORS herein shall make within 7 days of the due date
the payments called for in the first mortgage now encumbering
this property, to the MORTGAGEE herein at its office or some
other place as designated by the MORTGAGEE herein.
(2) The MORTGAGORS herein will at the request of the MORTAGEE
herein acknowledge in writing, the existence of thiA mortgage ~
and the amount still due thereon, on an estoppel form provided for
this purpose by the MORTGAGEE.
