SUMMARY FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE
This action was heard on Plaintiff's motion for summary
final judgment of foreclosure, and upon the evidence, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. This Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter and of the

Defendants, R-Cam Homes, Inc., Adobe Building Centers, Inc., and the United

States of America.
2. The Defendants, R-Cam Homes, Inc., Adobe-Building Centers, Inc.,
and the United States of America, have been duly and properly personally
served with process in this action. The Defendant R-Cam Homes, Inc., has
failed to file or serve any papers as required by law and the default
entered by the Clerk of this Court against said Defendant is hereby
confirmed, ratified and made absolute.
3. The equities in this cause are with the Plaintiff, Port St, Lucie
Bank, and against the Defendants, Adobe Building Centers, Inc., the United
States of America, and R-Cam Homes, Inc.
4. The Court finds and determines that on the basis of the pleadings
and affidavits in the Court file there is no genuine issue as to any
material fact in the above action, and the Court determines the Plaintiff

is entitled to summary final judgment as a matter of law.
5. Plaintiff,-Port St. Lucie Bank, is due $13,316.39 as principal,
