NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE BY THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT
NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, ROGER POITRAS,
Clerk of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and
for St. Lucie County, Florida, will, on the fifteenth day of November
1979, at 11:30.A.M., at the front door of the Courthouse of St. Lucie
County, Florida, in the City of Fort Pierce, offer and sell at public
outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash the following described
real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 83, Port St. Lucie Subdivision, Unit 5, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 12J, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Pursuant to the summary final judgment of foreclosure entered in the
case pending in the Circuit Court in and for the Nineteenth Judicial
Circuit, St. Lucie County, Florida, the caption of which is set forth
above.
