12. Decedent's will does not direct administration as required by Chapter 733, Florida
Statutes. Petitioners request that the decedent's last will be admitted to probate and an order of
surnmary administration be entered directing distn'bution of the assets in the estate in accordance with
the schedule set forth in paragraph 9 of this petition.
