I, ARTHUR L. STAINBROOK, a resident of the County of
c
Saint Lucie, State of Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare
this to be my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, and hereby revoke any and
all other Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I direct my Personal Represen-
tative to pay out of my estate all of my just debts, including the
expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses, as soon as practi-
cable after my death.
I direct that my remains be laid to rest in White City

Cemetery, St. Lucie County, Florida, and that my Personal Repre- {

similar and conform to other markers on surrounding lots. i

rest, residue and remainder of my property, real and personal,

of this Will, including any life ins~irance payable to my estate, to
my wife, ANNE M. STAINBROOK, of the County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida, to be hers absolutely. '
THIRD: In the event my wife, ANNE M.
STAINBROOK, shall predecease me, or shall die with me in a common
1 accident or disaster, or under such circumstances as may make it ~

impossible or difficult to determine which of us died first, then
I give, devise and bequeath my estate as follows:
(a) My diamond ring to my son-in-law, EUGENE LYNCH, of
Youngstown, Ohio, to be tiffs absolutely;
(b) The rest, residue and remainder of my property, real
