SIXTH: I hereby nominate, constitute
and appoint my wife, ANNE M. STAINBROOK, Personal Representative of
this, my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, to serve without bond. I expressl
confer upon said Personal Representative full authority and power to
' sell and convey any part or all of said estate at public or private
sale, with or without notice, as she may deem best and without any
order of Court. I authorize and empower said Personal Representativ
to make good and sufficient conveyances to any purchaser and to hold
the proceeds of any sale to the same use as hereinbefore declared

in the several items of this, my Will. I further hereby e;cpressly ~
confer upon said Personal Representative the authority and power to

borrow money for the use of my estate in any instance where she may

~ think it necessary and proper, and to secure in mortgage or any
j other form of security. x

~ In the event my wife, ANNE M. STAINBROOK, should die, re-
sign, be disqualified or unwilling or unable to act as my Personal
Representative, whether before or after entering upon her duties,
! then I nominate, constitute and appoint FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT
PIERCE, Fort Pierce, Florida, as Alternate Personal Representative

pressly confer upon said Alternate Personal Representative the same
