' - I, PAUL G. MILLER, presently residing and domiciled in

LUCIA County, Florida, make this my Will and revoke my prior
Tills and Codicils.
FIRST: My personal representative shall pay from the
residue of my estate all my debts, funeral expenses, administra-
tion expenses and all estate, inheritance, succession and transfer
taxes imposed by the United States or any state, territory or pos-
session which shall become payable by reason of my death. It shall
not be necessary to file any claims therefor, nor to have them
allowed by any Court.
SECOND: If at the time of my death I am the owner, joint
owner, or co-owner of any real estate, insurance settlement, bank
account, government bond, or security or instrument of indebted-
ness, whether issued by a private corporation, a government, a
governmental agency or individual, which is registered or issued
l in the name of myself and another person or persons as tenants

by the entirety or as joint tenants with right of survivorship,
~ or which is registered in my name but is payable to or apparently
a able to a named beneficiar on m death I declare it to be

~ my intention that all my right, title .or interest in any such pro-
perty would, by operation of law upon my death, vest in or pass
to such surviving person. Z make this provision in order to elimin-
ate any doubt or question as to the right of any such person ap-
parently entitled thereto to succeed to the full possession and
~ ownership of such property upon my death, and to provide for the
possible contingency of an ineffective attempt to create a joint
tenancy, estate by the entirety, or estate by survivorship.
THIRD: I give the residue of my estate to my wife,
BEATRICE H. MILLER if she survives me.
