FOURTH: If r?~y wife, BEATRICE G. MILLER fails to sur-
vive me, I give the residue of my estate to my sons, LEE A.
MILLER and RICHARD A. MILLER, in equal shares.
FIFTH: Should either of the foregoing fail to survive
me, I give the share to which he would have been entitled had he
survived me, to his surviving children, in equal shares, by right
of representation.
SIXTH: If my wife and I die in such manner that it is
difficult or impracticable to determine which of us died first,
it shall be presumed that my wife survived me.
SEVENTH: If any principal of my estate shall become
distributable to a minor, my personal representative may in its
absolute discretion pay over such principal at any time to the
guardian of the property of such minor, or retain the same for
such minor during minority. In case of such retention, my personal
representative may apply such principal and the income therefrom
to the support, maintenance, and education of such minor, either
directly or by payment to the guardian of the property or person
of such minor, or to the person with whom such minor may reside,
~ in any case without requiring any bond. The receipt of any such
person shall be a complete discharge to my personal representative

and my personal representative shall not be bound to see to the
~ application of any such payment. Any unapplied principal and in-

come shall be paid over to such legatee upon attaining majority,
or if such legatee-shall die before attaining majority, to the
estate of such legatee. In holding any funds for any minor, my
personal representative shall have all the powers and discretions
hereinafter conferred upon it.
EIGHTH; I hereby declare that it is not my intention
to make provision in this Will for any relatives, next of kin,
or other persons, except as otherwise provided herein, and the
absence of such provision is not due to oversight on my part.
