LAST WILL AND T :STAI~~NT
Xnow all men by these presents: That I, Edna Golden Warren
Mulvey of the City of Fort Pierces County of St.. Lucie and State of
Florida, being cif sound mind and memory, do make, publish and de-
Clare the following to be my LAST WILL AND TESTAt~NT, hereby revoking
all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct my Executor, hereinafter named to pay all
my funeral expenses, admini°tration expenses of my estate, including
inheritance. and succession taxes state or federal, which may be oc-
casioned by the passage of or succession to any interest in my es-
tate under the terms of this instrument, anti all my 3ust debts.
SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of mY estate,
both re~1 and personal, of whatever kind or character, and whereso-
ever situated, I give , devise and bequeath to my beloved daughter
Eleanore i~iae ZJarren Callahan to be hers. absolutely and forever.
TIiIRD: If ny said daughter does not survive me, then I give,
devise and bequeath such rest, residue and remainder of my estate to
my beloved grandchildren, natural or adopted, and my son-in-law

Andrez~ P. Callahan son-in-law
~ Ronald L. Callahan, grandchild
! Sharon L. Callahan Ford, grandchild
~ Colleen S. Callahan, grandchild
in equal shares, per stirpes, to be theirs absolutely and forever;
~ provided, that the share of any grandchild of nine ~~tto has died
leaving no issue shall be divided among my surviving grandchildren
in equal shares, per stirpes.
FOIIRTH: If my beloved daughter does not survive me, I hereby
anoint my beloved son-in-law, Andrew P. Callahan, as guardian of
such of ny grandchildren as shall then be ninors.
FIFTH: ~I hereby appoint my daughter, Eleanore T.iae '~~arren
Callahan, as Executor of this my last will and testament. If she

does not survive, then I appoint my son-in-law, Andrew P. Callahan,
as Executor of my estate. I direct that no Executor/ Executrix
