is in the possession of the above court or accompanies this petition.
12. Decedent's will does not duect admuiistration as required by Chapter 733, Florida
Statutes. Petitioners request that the decedent's last will be admitted to probate and an order of
summary administration be entered directing distrib~stion of the assets in tl~e estate in accordance with
tlae schedule set forth in paragraph 9 of this petition.
