HAGGKVIST, a resident of-St. Lucie County, v~ ~l.orida, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time made, and intending hereby to devise and bequeath all of the property, both real and personal, of which I may die seized and possessed, or to which I may be entitled at the time of my death, wherever the same may be situated, as follows, to-wit: FIRST: I direct my Executor, hereinafter named, to pay' all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as it is practicable. SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether real, personal or mixed, I give, devise ana bequeath unto my husband, CARL A. HAGGKVIST, to have and to hold unto himself abso- lutely and forever. In the event he fails to survive me, I give,- devise and bequeath my entire estate to my children, MARGARET DEL- LARIO, HELEN B. STACKWOOD, PETER C. HAGGKVIST, ANN GOELLER and NEIL HAGGKVIST, in equal shares, share and share alike. In the event any of my children fail to survive me, I give, devise and bequeath that child's share of my estate to his or her surviving spouse, and in the event there is no surviving spouse, I give, de- vise and bequeath that child's share to his or her children, share and share alike. THIRD: I hereby constitute and appoint CARL A. HAGGVIST as Executor of this my Last tVill and Testament, and I expressly confer upon him power as such Executor to administer my estate, excusing him from giving bond, or making any returns to any court. I expressly confer upon him full authority and power to manage, invest and re-invest, to sell and convey any part or all of my estate, at public or private sale, with or without notice, as he may deem best, and without any order of court.
