ORDER OF SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court upon
the Stipulation of RITA BLANSON, minor daughter of the decedent,
and HENRY BLANSON, former husband and claimant, and the Court a
finding that RITA BLANSOi~ is the sole surviving heir of VIRGINIA
BLANSON a/k/a MARY V. RAISON, deceased, and that she is-
entitled to the assets remaining in the estate, after the
payment of the claims of creditors, including HENRY BLANSON.
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby
i ORDERED A.yD ADJUDGED as follows

(1) The assets of the estate shall be distributed
i to the claimant, HENRY BLANSON, and the sole ;zeir, RITA BLANSON,

in the following manner: HEVRY BLANSON shall receive the

` 978 Pontiac Grand Prix SJ; RITA BLANSON shall receive all other

assets of the estate,-including, but not limited to, the
check from General Motors Acceptance Corporation in the amount
of One Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-one Dollars and 57/100
($1,571.57) and all sums remaining in the checking account
of First Citrus Bank of Indian River County:
(2) The golden vassbook account, Number 54-7014830

at First Citrus Bank of Indian River County, in-trust for Samual
Otho Blanson, shall be paid over and delivered to RITA BLANSON
the natural mother and guardian of
Samual Otho Blanson;
