(3) The attorney for Petitioner, HENRY BLANSON,
Robert J. Gorman, shall be paid the total sum of Three
Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($325.00) for the services he has s

rendered for the benefit of the estate, which sum shall be paid
from the proceeds of the 1978 Pontiac Grand Prix SJ to be sold
by HENRY BLANSON
(4) Joseph J. De Ross, attorney and guardian ad litem
for the minor heir, RITA BLANSON, shall be paid from the
assets of the estate, for the services rendered as attorney
and guardian ad litem;
(5) And it is
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Court hereby
approves the Stipulation entered into'by and between RITA
BLANSON and HENRY BLANSON, and confirms the settlement by RITA
BLANSON against HENRY BI~ISON for any and all claims she may
have as sole heir of the estate herein as a result of the damage
to the 1978 Pontiac Grand Prix SJ;
(6) And it is
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the said RITA
BLANSON and JOSEPH J. De ROSS, attorney and guardian ad litem,
~ shall execute and deliver to HENRY BLANSON a release of all-
claims;
(7) And it is

FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the debtors of the
decedent, those holding property of the dece4~nt, and those
with whom securities or other properties of decedent are
• registered, are authorized and empowered to comply with this .
Order by paying, delivering, and transferring to those speci-
fied above the parts of the decedent's estate assigned to them
by this Order, and such persons shall not be accountable to
anyone else for that property.
