PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED I

1979, between MARINE BROWN, AS PERS AL REPRESENTATI F THE ESTATE
OF CHARLOTTE J. LAIDLAW, DECEASED, party of the first part, and ~
MARINE BROWN, INDIVIDUALLY, party of the second part, whose address
is 2131 Lowrie Street, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15212,
W I T N E S SET H:
The party of the first part on the 14th day of September A.D. ,
1979, pursuant to Order of the Circuit Ju~cge's Court o t. Lucie •
County, Florida, dated the 14th day of September A.D,, 1979, and in
consideration of the premises and the sum of One and no/100 Dollars
($1.00)-----and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid,
grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, conveys and confirms to
the party of the second part, and to her heirs and assigns forever,
that certain real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
more particularly described as follows:
Lot 21, Block 705, PORT ST. LUCIE, Section 18, _
a subdivision according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 13, page 17 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances belonging or in any~ise appertaining to that real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second part, and
to her heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with the
party of the second part, her heirs and assigns, that in all things
preliminary to and in and about the sale and this coveyance the Orders
of the above-named Court and the laws of Florida have been followed
and complied with in all respects.
