LESS the West 60 feet thereof for canal and road right of way,
Section 3, Township 34 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida; and
The Northwest 1/4 cf the Northeast 1/4 and the Southwest 1/4
of the Northeast 1/4, LESS the Wrest 350 feet thereof, Section
3, Township 34 South, Range 39 Fast, St. Lucie County, Florida;
and
WHQtFAS , SUN BANK OF ST . LUCIE C(XJIIIY has agreed to make a mortgage
loan to DALE L. TAI$IItT, JR. and DOR(7THY A. TALBFRT, his wife,- in the

said mortgage being dated November 1, 1976 and recorded on November 1, 1976
