NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that AL DiVAGNO, Defendant, Appellant,
appeals to the District Court of Appeal, Fourth District of
Florida, the final judgment of this Court rendered October 9, A.D.,
1979. The nature of the order is a final judgment entered against
the defendant in the sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00),
plus interest of Three Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars
($3, 750.00) fora real estate commission.
All parties of this cause are called upon to take notice of
