in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. LUC1 e
State of Florida,~n 0. R. Book 286 Page 1423 ,granted and conveyed unto FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE and assigns, the premises therein particularly described,
to secure the payment of the sum of TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND ANO NO/100---------

with interest as therein mentioned:

requested the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE to release the prem-
ises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage.
NOW. THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIERCE, as well in consideration of the premises as the sum one dollar and other good and valuable consideration

at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit claim,

their heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage,

Apartment No. 406 of OCEANRISE CONDOMINIUM, a condominium according
to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 313,
at pages 2307 thru•2351, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
and as amended in Official Records Book 315, pages 1853 through 1866.
TOGETHER with all of its appurtenances according to the Declaration and
subject to all of the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium.

and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lein of said mortgage, and every part their
of; Provided, always nevertheless, that nothing therein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lein cN incymbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises, not hereby released
therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thercot.
