BEFORE ME, an officer duly authorized in the State and County aforesaid
mentioned to take acknowledgements, personally appears MARIE C. DROUIN, who
first being sworn, deposes and says:
That she is the MARIE C. DROUIN who is one of the Grantees in that
certain Warranty Deed from FLORIDA HOMESITES ESTATES, INC. dated July
23, 1952 and recorded July 28, 1952 in Deed Book 175, page 1, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
That she is also one and the same person as MARY DROUIN, one of the
Grantees in that certain Warranty Deed from FLORIDA HOMESITES ESTATES,
INC., dated May 7, 1951, and recorded May 11, 1951 in Deed Book 165,
page 155 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
She affirms that the name MARY DROUIN on the Deed Recorded in Deed
Book 1b5, page 155 is a scrivener's error and that it should have
read MARIE C. DROUIN.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAITH NOT.
