AFFIDAVIT
IN RE: Begin at the Northwest corner of the SE 1/4
of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4, run thence East 25 feet
to point of beginning, from said point of beginning
continue South 96 feet, thence East 113.95 feet,
thence North 96 feet, thence West 113.95 feet to
point of beginning, all in Section 9, Township 35
South, Range 40 East.
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority personally

first duly sworn did depose and say:
1. That he has personal knowledge of the facts
stated herein.
2. That he is well acquainted with Ruby J. Lloyd who
did in a deed dated October 10, 1979 convey the above-
described real property to James B. O'Dell and Corinne M.
O'Dell, his wife, and that said Ruby J. Lloyd has never
resided at 4248 North 11th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida and
that the notices of liens recorded in O.R. Book 248, page
2378 and O.R. Book 250, page 748 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida and that the Ruby Lloyd referred to in
