THIS CAUSE came on before the Court for trial on the 7~~ day
of August, 1979, without the intervention of a jury and the CourT find-
ing that a Default was properly entered against the Defendant, JOH?~ B.
CROSS, and the Court having received into evidence a copy of the Notice
Of Hearing sent by the Plaintiff to the Defendant with a certificate of
;nailing by the U. S. Post Office, showing that the notice Of Hearing

was mailed to the Defendant, JOHN B. CROSS, and the Court also receiv-

ing into evidence an Affidavit setting forth the amounts due to the

for trial, and the Court finding that the Defendant,JOHN B. CROSS, is

indebted to the Plaintiff, BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Attorney at Law, Chartered,
in the sum of 51,698.89, and the Court being otherwised fully advised
in the premises, it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That the Plaintiff,-BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Attorney at Law,
Chartered, do have and recover of and from the Defendant, JOHN B. CROSS,
~ the sum of $1,698.89, damages together with the costs in this behalf
expended and herein taxed at 530.50, for all of which let execution issue.
