O R D E R
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court upon petition of
the FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND REHABILITATIVE SERVICES for
permanent custody and upon motions of Respondent, PEGGY JO HUNTER,
for continuance, for setting aside default, for quashing service,
and for dismissal, the Court having heard argument of counsel and
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That Respondent's Motion to Quash Service is hereby
denied.
2: That Respondent's Motion to Set Aside Default is hereby
granted.
3. That Respondent's Motion to Dismiss Petition for Perma-
nent Custody is denied, but that the cause shall be continued 'until
such time as Petitioner, FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND REHABILITATIVE
SERVICES, files a petition alleging dependency of the minor children.
4. That Respondent's Motion for Continuance is hereby granted.
