This cause, having come on to be heard before me
on September 10, 1979, upon application of N. RICiIARD SCHOPP,
Esquire, Attorney ad Litem on behalf of the minor children
of the parties, through his Motion for Placement of Children,
and the oral motion for continuance by CHARLES J. DORF:KAN,
Esquire, attorney for ~IUBERT V. ATCHLEY, Husband, and this
court being fully advised in the premises, it is upon
consideration
ORDERED as follows:
1. That the placement of the minor children with
BETTY J. ATCHLEY by the Department of Health and Rehabilitative

Services on a temporary basis, and while being monitored by

the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services is

approved by this court.
2. The oral motion for continuance made by
CHARLES J. DORFMAN, Esquire, attorney for Husband, is
granted.
3. That upon filing his appearance, CHARLES J. DORFMAN,
Esquire, shall be entitled to review any and all testimony and
other materials placed under seal by this court, without further

notice or application to this court.
