Wife's motion for change of venue and the Court having established
that the former husband, MAX E. GONZALEZ, was personally served with
a copy of the motion and notice of the hearing herein, heard argument
of counsel for former wife, and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is hereby,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the motion for change of venue be
and the same is hereby granted and venue herein is transferred to
Dade County, Florida.
