AMENDED FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
T?iIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the verified
Petition for Adoption of JA'~1ES NATHANIEL GREENS, and the
written recommendation of the Children's Home Society, a '
licensed child placement agency of the State of Florida.
The Court having jurisdiction, and the Court finding that
Petitioner is a fit and proper person to adopt the child,
the the best interests of the child will be promoted by the
adoption and that the child i.s suitable for adoption by
the Petitioner and the Court being advised fully in the
premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor cl-~ild, JA*iES
'_dATHANIEL GREENS, is .declared to be the Legal child of the
Petitioner, ANNIE ROSE GREE~IE, and said child shall be the
legal heir of said Petitioner, entitled to all ri;hts and
privileges, and subject to all obligations, of a child born
of said petitioner, in lawful wedlock and further the name
of said child is hereby changed to JAM'S NAT?•iANIEL GREENS,
by which latter name he shall be hereafter known.
